General terms and conditions
Prices:
- The prices are per apartment per day and for the indicated number of persons.
- Children up to 3 years in the cot: €20.00 € per day.
- The local tax per person (from 14 years) and day is not included in the prices.
- Other taxes, bed linen and towels, a weekly cleaning and the garage are included in the price.
- For stays of less than one week we charge a supplement.

Please note:
- No smoking house, for respect of our other guests.
- We do not accept pets.
- Arrival and departure: your apartment is available from 3.00 p.m. (or earlier by arrangement) on the day of arrival and until 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Payment: you can pay in cash or by check. We do not accept credit cards. We kindly ask you to send us a written request and a deposit (caparra confirmatoria).
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations are only valid in written form. Up to two months before the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs, up to 30 days before we charge 30% of the agreed total price, up to 14 days before we charge 50% of the agreed total price, from 14 days before we charge 90% of the booked apartment price. From 7 days before, a late arrival or an earlier departure will be charged at 100%. Deposits will not be refunded but credited. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
